These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of glideafit.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Glidea Fit ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product specifications, including dimensions and maximum user weight, are provided by our suppliers. Please review them carefully before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and to cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as limited stock, suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Health and safety

Our products are fitness equipment. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Always read and follow the user manual, respect the maximum user weight, and keep children and pets away from equipment in use. You use the products at your own risk. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Glidea Fit or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glidea Fit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
