Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our US warehouse in 1-3 business days, then arrive 3-7 business days later depending on the carrier. In total, allow 4-10 business days from the day you order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Orders ship from inside the United States, so there are no import duties.

Returns & refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, for free, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns on used or non-defective items, so please check the dimensions and max user weight before ordering. Questions before you buy? Just ask us.

Walking pad

Will the walking pad fit under my desk?

The deck measures 42.2 x 19.2 x 3.6 in and fits under most standing desks raised to walking height.

How fast does it go?

0.6 to 3.8 mph: slow walking at your desk, brisk walking or a light jog. It's not made for fast running.

Is it loud?

It's designed for home and office use with a quiet motor, so most people walk during calls. A mat helps on hard floors.

What's the max user weight?

340 lbs.

How do I store it?

Unplug it and slide it flat under a bed or couch, or stand it against a wall.

Can I use the under-desk elliptical with a regular desk?

Yes. It's used while seated, so it works with any desk, table or couch.

What's the max user weight of the Pilates reformer?

330 lbs. Check each product page for full specs.

Do I need to assemble anything?

Some products need light setup. Follow the user manual in the box.

How do I care for my equipment?

Keep it dry and dust-free, wipe it with a soft cloth after use, and follow the manual for any maintenance such as belt lubrication on the walking pad.
